I think I speak on behalf of all Fathers when I say that from the outside it might appear as if dads enjoy sports, cars, beer, and naps more than our kids, but that is just not true. Men are filled with so much adoration and love for our children we had to find a coping mechanism to keep our emotions bottled up, preventing them from spilling out, on display for all the world to see. If a few wise men had not figured out ways to suppress our deeply imbedded emotions by watching sports, drinking beer, and having strong fixations for tools and fast food, most men would become blubbering fools, overcome with emotion, all this due to our deep love and respect for our children. I’ll bet you didn’t know that did you! It’s true. I can tell you though, that if you gave the old man a Toe’s Town Happy Father’s Day card that testostrial dam is going to break, nothing can hold back the emotion from receiving a Toe’s Town Father’s Day card.
